Leak Detection

Got a leak on your water supply pipe? Can't find it? Do not panic. We can locate your leak for you using tracing gas specifically designed to locate water leaks, and then repair it. When the leaks not visible finding it can be difficult, however our gas tracer takes that struggle away and gets us straight to the leak without fault. This device makes our work consistently accurate and acquires the leak on exact point.

This customer had a leak on their water supply underneath their property, instead of digging up the whole of their downstairs our engineers concluded a better option which was to re-route the pipe from the point of entry. The brown box shown to the side known as an insuduct was used to abide by water regulations and prevent the new pipe from freezing

Moling!

Moling is a trenchless method used to lay pipes and ducting. During the Moling process, a pneumatically driven machine known as a mole forces its way through the soil along the desired path of the pipe. The mole displaces the soil and creates a cavity for the new service to be installed into. Moling avoids the need to dig a trench and can be used to lay water pipes and other services e.g., electrical supplies. This is new technology and is used rather than the traditional trenching method when a supply needs replacing, it causes far less property damage, is far quicker and more efficient. Usually only 1 hole every 10 meters, saving damage, saving time and saving money, we will always mole when possible, rather than trench.

We personally use Moling the most for laying new wsp pipes preventing the use of trenches. To the side are some custom videos from our Moling work.
